It was the proper forum to conclude that the lands seized in the '67 war were to be returned to the Palestinians. The "proper" forums of Camp David 1, Oslo, Camp David 2, Taba, Arab League Proposals all yielded what? Israeli intransigence and rejectionism. And the US has deceived its people that it should be the arbiter to mediate the issue. The solution has been known. The international consensus has been overwhelming in support of a Palestinian state.
And once again the US will expose its unconditional support for a state which does not abide by international law, commits massive war crimes, steals and occupies other people's lands, refuses to sign the NPT, commits extra-judicial assassinations of foreign nationals, spies on the US ad nauseam. When the US vetoes the UN Security Council resolution, it will be something like the 45th lone veto at the UNSC in its protection of Israel. Obama caved in to AIPAC. So the US has discounted these stealth fighters, the most modern in our arsenal, by $1 billion.

And the Israelis are not technically buying them since their $3 billion of US taxpayer dollars will cover the $2.8 billion price tag leaving them $200 million to buy more white phosphorous.

And right now, 15% of American fighter jets are grounded for repairs.

How does one purchase jets with free money? Why doesn't the article simply say US taxpayers donates these sophisticated US jets to Israel? I hope they are not listed as "surplus" planes and sold at a discount like past deals have been done. 15% of US fighter jets are grounded waiting for parts and we give the Israelis these planes, normally at a discounted rate.

This article about China potentially using its $900 billion in Treasury Bonds to influence US foreign policy is a real eye-opener, but not for the reasons stated in the piece.

First off, what does it say about our Congressional "leaders" when they run a deficit spending system into the ground, pile up the debt, forcing the US to sell treasury bonds to foreign nations that do not have the US national interest in mind?

Secondly, the US might label China a currency-manipulator? This line flew off the page at me. How disingenuous for the greatest currency manipulator in the history of world to label a foreign nation as such. Nice Freudian projection.

Here's a novel idea: why don't we stop spending money we don't have to run a trillion dollar empire abroad and stop enlarging this huge albatross of a welfare state.

The end result is that the Fed will inflate the money supply to pay the Chinese back with cheapened dollars and this increase in the money supply will cause prices to soar and wages and income cannot keep up so people will lose assets through foreclosure and then their proxy banks will scoop up these cheap assets and sell them at a profit at a later date. This is the time tested method of central bankers and eventually the people wise up. So what will come first; the hyper-inflation storm or the dissolution of this fraudulent system?
