Iowa Senator Changes Support from Bachmann to Ron Paul

This will be happening more and more as the caucus and primaries continue.

The media is losing!

Honest Media ... Des Moines Register

With CNN's transparent editing of the Ron Paul interview, and all the major media unleashing their Zionist neocon attack dogs on Ron Paul, it is refreshing to see the Des Moines Register publish an article that actually represents Americans, and not the corporations, or AIPAC, or the big bankers.

I think people are starting to see through the attacks. If Gingrich or Romney get the nomination, this country will die.

And how can Americans support a guy whose first move as President would be to move the US Embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem and who wants to attack Iran for the sake of Israel, or a guy who does a 180 on abortion just so he could run for the GOP nomination and developed a healthcare model now used by Obama, or someone who thinks Carbon Dioxide is a harmless gas and knows as much history as a typical 3rd grader, or someone who wanted to strip funding from any public university if professors at that university criticized Israel and lost his senate seat 59% - 41%, or someone who hunts at a camp called "Niggerhead" and accuses other people of racism?

Choices are seldom more simple. Continue down the same, tired, corrupt, bankrupt, morally dead path, OR try a new approach based on true ethical principles. Without media sponsorship of these other clowns in the race, they would be the crazy drunk at a bar spouting out hilarious and sad commentary.

Maybe the death of major media would be the first step for a recovery of this nation. Lies are so damaging, and propaganda is even more sinister because it is a coordinated effort to deceive masses of people. For 20th century America, it worked. Unbelievable how well it has worked. But now we need the enter the next phase.

Honest assessment, and find solutions free of greed, power, the lying media, and the corporate lobbyists.

Get your caucus on Iowa, lead the nation into a new era.

Bachmann and Gingrich Pander on Jerusalem

How about this Gingrich; Why not make the first act you take while President of the US something substantive that helps the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. His first move would be to unilaterally declare Jerusalem the capital of Israel and move the US Embassy there. Here they are, again, competing for the Jewish vote by shameless pandering. Was the debate just about Israel and Iran, or did these GOP hopefuls discuss issues affecting the US?
US politics 101 .... The greatest democracy in the world? You decide.

Newt's Meteoric Rise

Eventually we get down to it. Always easy to find the core belief that explains why an almost-dead campaign 2 months ago is suddenly leading the pack. Now Newt is affirming Joan Peters fraudulent thesis ; the Palestinians are an invented people. Golda Meir would be happy to know a GOP candidate validated her famous claim "that there is no such thing as a Palestinian". Amazingly, the only sane position in this piece is made by Martin Indyk, former US Ambassador to Israel (even though he is Australian). Weird, is it not, how the US candidate comes across more pro-Israel than the Israelis themselves. All for the throne. 80 ethics charges chased him out of office. His bank account fattened by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. 40 Million from the insurance companies while he lobbied for the individual mandate in health insurance. Total sellout to AIPAC on Israel and Iran. Why is all of this so unsurprising? Because it happens every election cycle.

Candid Moment Between Obama and Sarkozy

This is awesome. No public speeches. No official policy positions. Just a few comments between two presidents about Netanyahu. Watch how quickly they scramble away from these remarks. They should actually use this moment as a springboard for putting Netanyahu in his place.

UNESCO Defunded by the US on Palestinian Vote

Even though the past 3 US administrations pay lip service to a Palestinian state alongside Israel, when the first step actually happens what does the US do? De-fund UNESCO
to punish it for its independence from US obstructionism. Plus the US Congress will halt aid to Palestine. Fine.

The US continues to back the aggressor, continues to allow the Israelis to rationalize further constructions on illegal settlements. All those speeches given. All those press conferences. In the background US officials knew that they would block it at the UNSC anyway. Very two-faced approach.

We need a President that will stand up to AIPAC. We need a Congress that will do the same. We need independence from the Zionist dominated foreign policy imperative.

UN Vote Condemns US Sanctions on Cuba

These sanctions need to be lifted. It is ridiculous to maintain them. With the Bolivarian revolution in South America on firm footing, I do not know why the US stubbornly maintains sanctions on Cuba.

It has been 50 years. It only punishes civilians. Sanctions clearly have not worked nor will ever work. Plus the vote count was 186-2, and the yearly tally is almost always this lopsided. Another black eye on the image of the US in the international community....

When you cannot even get support from the Federated States of Micronesia, you should alter course!

Here We Go Again

This reads like a bad novel. More Jewish Senators pushing for conflict with Iran. Like Joe Lieberman, et al, did against Iraq, Feinstein is saying the case is a "dead bang". Sounds eerily familiar to George Tenet saying the evidence against Iraq on WMD's was a "slam dunk". This false claim was made famous by General Colin Powell at the UN when he made the case for war. He later resigned after he realized they had used him as a pawn.

Feinstein's husband sits on the Board of Directors of a big bank in California that received TARP funds, a measure she voted for. She ought to be in jail, not leading the charge.

This President and Congress are so hypocritical. The President just killed an American citizen by dropping a huge bomb on him in a foreign nation that we are not at war with. This President authorizes drone strikes in Pakistan and Yemen claiming the highest moral authority. And now there is some flimsy evidence that a used-car salesman from Galveston is an Iranian super agent who was trying to arrange the assassination of the Saudi Ambassador to the US. If this could be proved, then it would merit consideration for Saudi Arabia to pursue action against Iran, not us. Our hands are tied with other illegitimate wars at the moment. And there is one snippet that jumps off the page in this article. Feinstein wants to sanction Iran's central bank to make it harder for Iran to clear its billions on oil contracts every month. Back to dollar hegemony and the Iranian bourse system.

When will Americans stop taking the bait, hook, line and sinker?

Ron Paul's Speaking Time

No surprise here. Thanks go to the Humphrey School of Public Affairs at the University of Minnesota which conducted the study. It simply confirms what Paul followers know ; the media continues to ignore him even though he is in double digits in national polls. The media craft the questions within a certain range of topics and allow their "top-tier" candidates most time to respond, while allotting less time for the candidates they don't like or those candidates which are not pro-corporatism. The people should decide who will be the nominee, not the media or the corporate interests they serve. Why does the "greatest democracy" on the planet tolerate this?

Romney's FrontRunner Status Confirmed

This is why the media will maintain Romney's frontrunner status in the upcoming GOP nomination battles.

Israel already receives 40% of US foreign aid. Romney will increase that! Romney will recognize Israel as a Jewish state. 20% of Israeli citizens are Arabs, Christian and Muslim. They won't belong in Romney's idea of Israel.

And Romney is cranking up the war rhetoric on Iran, claiming that Iran is an existential threat against Israel. Amazing that a country will 200 nuclear weapons cannot defend itself. Israel is an existential threat to Iran.

But Romney is saying the right things to the Jewish groups and that will guarantee his ride to the finish line.

Totally surreal it is that a Mormon running for President of the US has to bow in deference to the Jewish lobby in Washington and recognize a foreign nation as a nation only for Jews just so he can suckle at the power teat in Washington DC. The greatest democracy that money and ass-kissing can buy!

But Perry, Bachmann and Cain will line up very soon and do the same thing. What a pathetically disgusting reality it is for American politics.

Young American Jews and Israel

This article is very well-written and does a great job introducing the moral dilemma that many Jews face on the issue of Israel and its treatment of Palestinians. The moral character of the young man has evolved to view the issue from both sides. I wish all people, Christian, Muslim or Jew, could remember to do this when forming opinions on important issues.

A very good read.

Build, Build, Build

Big surprise, the Israelis are building more illegal settlements in East Jerusalem. Obama is now proclaiming that US-Israel ties are unshakeable, and a new report suggests that the US Congress is moving to Tel Aviv.

What a tragic farce.

Political Tsunami

It's a crying shame that the US press would never dare run such a story. With all my criticisms of Israeli policies, I must give credit to the Israeli press because there is still some semblance of journalism there and dissent is given a greater spotlight.

Holy Cow, I Agree with a Clinton, Somewhat

Bill Clinton did make a sincere effort to forge a lasting agreement between the Israelis and the Palestinians. He claims to be mystified why Taba did not work. Because Barak walked out.

But his comments on Netanyahu are spot on. The guy is a snake.

Chavez Urged Americans' Release

The US media and US government love to vilify Chavez. I am not a fan of his policies nor do I detest his policies. But it is worth mentioning that a President of a foreign nation who survived a CIA coup in 2002 reaches out to another leader who is at odds with US policy and influences the decision to free Americans from an Iranian prison. Could the US perhaps learn a lesson from this diplomacy and return to the Golden Rule on foreign policy? I daresay this would go a lot farther than what current foreign policy does, embitter the whole world against the US.

Obama at the UN

What a joke his foreign policy on Israel has become. The Israelis announce a new housing project in East Jerusalem while Biden visits, in violation of the freeze. Netanyahu ignores past Israeli commitments to the '67 borders, and gets 31 standing ovations from the US Congress. Surreal it is that a foreign prime minister receives 31 standing ovations for highlighting his refusal to abide by international law from the US Congress. They applauded Netanyahu while he spit in Obama's eye.

Now Obama gives a speech at the UN in which he says the UN is not the proper forum. It was the proper forum in 1948 to ESTABLISH Israel. It was the proper forum to conclude that the lands seized in the '67 war were to be returned to the Palestinians. The "proper" forums of Camp David 1, Oslo, Camp David 2, Taba, Arab League Proposals all yielded what? Israeli intransigence and rejectionism. And the US has deceived its people that it should be the arbiter to mediate the issue. The solution has been known. The international consensus has been overwhelming in support of a Palestinian state.
And once again the US will expose its unconditional support for a state which does not abide by international law, commits massive war crimes, steals and occupies other people's lands, refuses to sign the NPT, commits extra-judicial assassinations of foreign nationals, spies on the US ad nauseam. When the US vetoes the UN Security Council resolution, it will be something like the 45th lone veto at the UNSC in its protection of Israel. Obama caved in to AIPAC. Through it all we see that no American President ever wins against AIPAC. No senator or congressperson. It is clear to me because of this cancer on our system, we are very much under the boot of Israel. When the US President has to follow orders and give a speech on an issue that he disagrees with the Israelis on, that is a true measure of how pathetic it has become.

I prefer the Obama who said that no people has suffered like the Palestinians have suffered. Of course he said this when he was a state senator of Illinois and friends with Rashid Khalidi. This was before the political machine chewed him up and spit him out as a dedicated Zionist whore.

AIPAC has this president, the US Congress, and look at the GOP nominees Perry, Romney and Bachmann in a hysterical effort to forge a stronger resume on Israel than the other candidates. So bye bye Miss American pie ...

9-11 First Responders Not Invited?????

What a huge slap in the face NYC mayors continue to give 9-11 First Responders. First Rudy Guiliani implemented his amoral "scoop and dump" plan instead of continuing to recover human remains of First Responders. Now Bloomberg won't allow First Responders to attend a memorial service for 9-11 victims? But Bush and Obama will be there with many other politicians trying to convert Americans' emotions into some new misguided adventure overseas or at home. This is beyond ridiculous. First Responders should be honored for their sacrifice, not uninvited!

A Simple Principle

Unlike our politicians that flee from principle like a fugitive flees the police, Erdogan is drawing a line in the sand and refusing to budge from his position. This is dangerous rhetoric, but Israel should have not killed those people in the first place, then it should not have confiscated all those laptops and cameras and detained peaceful protesters the way it did, it should have apologized but did not out of stubborn pride and moral self-righteousness. Erdogan wants to send an armed escort. This after Turkey enacts sanctions against Israel on a few fronts. This guy is serious and I respect his steadfastness.

Another Israeli Spy Captured

The FBI caught this guy in the act of passing classified intelligence to a person he thought was an Israeli agent. I applaud the efforts of the FBI. They seem to be the only institution in the US that does not turn a blind eye to Israeli malfeasance. They trapped Franklin, Rosen and Weissman in a similar manner. Where has the media coverage of this issue been? Outside of the NYT running this article I have not seen any activity at all on this one. This country needs an honest and open press, not one that slavishly follows Zionist dogma and protects Jewish interests.

Turkey Expels Israeli Diplomats

Another UN report. More Israeli denials and refusal to apologize. They want to have normal relations with other countries while acting recklessly and brutally. Let's see what happens this month at the UN. The GA will support the Palestinian state. The US will be Israel's proxy in the SC and veto it.

Wednesday, July 27, 2011

Surreal

Don't you think the candidates ought to discuss issues that affect the US? Each candidate, according to this author, will try to outdo the other in regards to their pro-Israel positions. Former NYC mayor Ed Koch said the most important issue for him for deciding who to vote for is their position on Israel. Am I living in the US or have we all been secretly transported to Tel Aviv?

Tuesday, July 26, 2011

Of Course the '67 Borders ARE Defensible

I am happy to see these former Israeli officials negate Netanyahu's obvious lies about the '67 borders being indefensible. It does not matter if they are defensible or not, the occupation is illegal under international law. His moral position on all policies towards Palestinians is what is truly indefensible.

Another Good Read by Rosenberg

When Israel has no argument it just performs a massive PR blitz using gross distortions and often outright lies.
This article by Rosenberg is quit good.

Friday, July 08, 2011

Rosenberg is Dead On

I agree with Rosenberg in his article from the Huffington Post. When the rejectionist camp realizes the wisdom in this type of rational thought offered by Rosenberg, perhaps they will come to their senses. The real question is why our Congress kowtows so cowardly to AIPAC's agenda. We all know why, but will it ever end?

If the Israelis continue their rejectionism and expansionism, with US support of course, then eventually both people will be merged into one state. I would not call it the one-state solution because the Israelis would never agree to the terms, big surprise. It will just happen unless the Israelis are willing to just exterminate 6 million Palestinians who are growing at a faster rate than the Israelis. In the racist state of Israel, this larger birthrate of the Palestinians is called euphemistically the "demographic problem".

The one-state solution will not be here tomorrow or the next day, but I think it is the most likely final scenario. And once it happens then no longer will Israel have to debate whether Israel will be a Jewish state or a democratic state. It is clear it won't be both.

Hedy Epstein Sails to Gaza

What a wonderful story of choosing justice over popularity. The Jewish community in St. Louis which ostracized this courageous woman ought to be ashamed of itself. To go what she went through puts her above reproach and the petty ridiculous labels that American Jews frequently affix to other Jews with a different moral compass. I think to utter the term "self-hating Jew" to a Holocaust survivor is a hate crime itself!

Go Hedy!

US Senate Pushes to Freeze Palestinian Aid

It seems to me that the US Senate SHOULD HAVE pushed for a freeze on Israeli aid when the Goldstone commission released its final report concluding that Israel used disproportionate force, targeted civilians, committed de facto war crimes, but our noble Senate did not. They sat on their hands. But now they boldly show up to disrupt a bid from the Palestinians to have their own state. The reason the Palestinians are going to the UN is that direct negotiations with Israel over the past 3 decades has produced what? More land of theirs stolen, more of their homes demolished, more of their people imprisoned in Israel without charges. And with all of the problems in the US right now, these assholes in the US Senate ought to be concerned with US governance, not the desperate Palestinians trying to establish a quasi-state on land that used to be theirs.

Gotta love the ever-idiotic statement by Harry Reid: The US does not give money to terrorists! The biggest recipient of US foreign aid is Israel!!!!!!

And finally there is AIPAC, which lobbied for the bill's passage. Always there in the spotlight or in the limelight, corrupting the US Congress with their meddling.

Somebody wake me up when the next revolution starts.

US Boat to Gaza Loaded with Jewish Dissenters

Very nice piece about the US boat which plans on traveling to Gaza. Since the Rafah border crossing has been permanently opened by the Egyptians, the Gaza bound boats are mostly symbolic but the solidarity expressed around the world for the Palestinian plight is quite significant. There are some eyebrow-raising stats in this piece about the percentage of Jewish Americans who do support the '67 borders.

Do Facts Even Matter?

This article is well-written and reverberates a previous theme of some posts, that many people who are pro-Israel never use actual facts in their arguments but make emotional arguments instead.

Israel Kills Protesters

The Obama admin harshly criticized Yemen, Bahrain, Syria and Libya in their aggressive, brutal and bloody treatment of unarmed protesters. The question is what type of rhetoric will come from the same admin when it is Israel that is doing the killing.

I guarantee a different angle is taken, one that says a nation's territorial integrity must be obeyed ... even if that territory is illegally held since 1967 (the Golan heights).

Every time Israel has a chance to show the world how "moral" its army truly is, what does it do? It kills innocent civilians aboard a flotilla designed to break an illegal siege of 1.5 million people. It kills 900 civilians, including 400 children, and is charged and found guilty of war crimes during Operation Cast Lead. It never ceases to amaze the absolute cold-blooded nature of the IDF killing machine when other nation's civilians are involved. But when others do it to them, the poor innocent victim card is played! If the word double-standard is sought in a dictionary, it should read "see also Israel".

Ex Mossad Chief Rips Bibi

There is a particularly poignant quotation in this article. Hopefully Israelis will read this article and see how isolated it has become under Netanyahu's "leadership".

September should be interesting this year!

Koch on Obama and US Presidents

What is missing in this eye-opener is the obvious question : If Israel is the central driving force behind Koch's support or opposition, then who is this dude more loyal to, the US or Israel? He switches to support George W. Bush even though he did not support him on one domestic policy! This is an admission that the ONLY issue important to him is Israel. Tel Aviv is to the east Mr. Koch. Go over there and run for the Knesset and get out of the discourse here, you are only making things worse.

Rahmbo Defends Obama's '67 Borders Comment

I am happy to see that former Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel made a public statement on Obama's comments concerning the '67 borders and its importance in any eventual peace deal. The rabid manner in which Obama was attacked by simply stating what happens to be the international consensus for 4 decades speaks volumes to the degree of influence AIPAC wields over the US Congress. If you look at all the times that Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi are vocal opponents of Obama positions, every time Israel is at the center. And now with Mitt Romney and Newt Gingrich scrambling out of the cracks to appear as pro-Israel as possible, is there any lingering doubt that this issue is a central issue in the 2012 elections?

When All Else Fails, Conjure

The Rafah border was just opened. Already Israel is saying that al-queda is in the Sinai. The next leap will be to say that al-queda is in Gaza and the Israelis will try to make this connection to achieve a carte blanche from the US to further attack Gaza.

These are conjured phantoms. The Egyptians have an army and it does border security. But the Israelis have pinpointed the number of al-queda terrorists to be at least 400? Where do they get their info? Let's not forget that the Israelis conjure up "evidence" when they want to suit their political and military aims. Let's not forget that the Inspector General of the Pentagon released a report several years ago in which it had determined that Douglas Feith's Office of Special Plans was the source of the faulty intelligence and FALSIFIED intelligence which led the US to war with Iraq. And from what source did Feith's office use for their intelligence? The Israeli intelligence apparatus.

Does anyone honestly believe them now? They play their "fighting terrorism" card almost as much as they play their "holocaust" card to earn legitimacy in their war crimes in the occupied territories. The question remains, will Americans ever learn?

31 Standing Ovations

Yesterday Obama spoke at AIPAC. Today Netanyahu spoke to the US Congress. The US Congress gave 31 standing ovations to a prime minister who leads a country found guilty of war crimes in Operation Cast Lead in 2008/2009. Is there no shame left in the world? 31 standing ovations?! All our politicians line up to address AIPAC and take their money and support. AIPAC spied on this nation several times, most recently with Larry Franklin going to jail and Steve Rosen and Keith Weissman avoiding jailtime because of Jane Harman's duplicitous intervention.

Shouldn't our Congress be concerned with the governance of the US? We got beaucoup problems here, and many Congressional sessions have high absenteeism but not when Netanyahu gives a speech. They gave this man, who 2 days after 9-11 said the attacks were great for Israel, 31 standing ovations. What's wrong with this picture?

With this surreal bastardization of our beloved representative Republic, how can we expect the US to return to greatness?

Obama's Grand Speech

Yet another speech given by a man who can give nice speeches but has serious trouble following them up. We all remember his "landmark" speech in Cairo for which he received a Nobel Peace Prize?! Then he did nothing to implement the key points of the speech. Now he talks about Israel retreating to the pre-June '67 borders, WHICH IS THE OVERWHELMING INTERNATIONAL CONSENSUS. He promptly hosted Netanyahu and let that amoral hawk dictate to him what Israel was going to do, speech or no speech. Whatever happened to stern words offered by real statesmen like Dean Rusk? The linked article gives a nice take by the reasonable and insightful Professor Stephen Zunes.

Amira Hass on the Nakba

Just a fantastic commentary from a truly moral Israeli. After the article, if one is interested, just regard the way in which she is viciously attacked with comments. These comments speak volumes to the true intolerance of certain narrow-minded attitudes that are simply not open to other positions.

Another Israeli Deceit

Israel admits that it unjustly canceled the residency status of West Bank Palestinians between 1967 and 1994.
Of course they also maintain that the occupation, which is illegal under international law, is not a land-grab. Facts like these expose the agenda for what it truly is ; amoral.
But the Israelis have bigger guns, so there you go.

Report on Anti-Semitism

If Anti-Semitic incidents dropped 46% worldwide in the past year, then why does Israel and Jewish leaders worldwide continue to rationalize certain policy positions concerning Israel by claiming that Anti-Semitism is rising?

Perhaps these arguments will be classified appropriately, as red herrings.

Finkelstein's book on the how the Anti-Semitism card is played by Israel (and its various mouthpieces in the US ) when its conduct and policies come into question should be required reading for all students of the conflict.

Rafah Crossing Will Open Permanently

This is big news for the Palestinians living in a besieged Gaza. This also represents a monumental shift in the Egypt-Israel relations. Under Mubarak, Egyptian policy was dictated by US and Israeli demands and largely ignored what Egyptians wanted. The change in leadership in Egypt is a good thing for the Egyptians, and the Palestinians. If the Israelis feel left out in the cold then that is their punishment for not living up to the terms of its Camp David obligations that Egypt honored and Israel did not.

The Time to Stall and Reject is Over!

While reading this article, it crossed my mind that Ehud Barak comes across as a much better Israeli leader than Netanyahu. And Barak's analysis I think is spot on. Israel is isolated and I cannot wait until September because the US cannot scuttle a vote in the GA like it can in the SC and I think the momentum is on the side of the Palestinian state. Ultimately the one-state solution is the best option, but the Zionists would never accept a non-Jewish majority, which speaks volumes on the true nature of that ideology, which is frankly outdated and immoral.

Tuesday, March 29, 2011

Where is the US Press Coverage?

Typical. A major statement from the UN chief and this does not even spike interest on the US Press radar. I wonder if all these articles critical of Israeli policy never finding the mainstream media in the US is just coincidental?

Israeli Annexation

Imagine that, the Israelis "might" annex Palestinian land which illegal Jewish settlements are built on. What conditions would force the Israeli move? The Palestinians seeking international recognition for the declaration of their state. The plan was always annexation. This is a typical Israeli ploy, use a Palestinian position as a rationale for more illegal Israeli actions.

God's chosen people should behave more morally, I would think. Would God's chosen people deny people water because they do not like the political positions of their leaders?

F-35 Trillions

The article focuses its attention on the hefty pricetag of $ 1 trillion of eventual commitments. We do not have the money to afford this, plain and simple. So where does the money come from? Secondly, we are selling F-35's to Israel for $35 million each. The article says they sell for $90 million each. You know if you are broke and you have something valuable to sell, should you not sell them for the actual value. These heavy discounts to our "friend" come straight out of US tax dollars. Just plain ridiculous.

A Bigger Lie Has Never Been Told

3 months ago 1 euro was worth $1.23. Now 1 euro is worth $1.39. This devaluation of the dollar is a result of the Fed's monetary policy and the fact that many nations are diversifying their currency reserves is a testament that outside the US people view the US monetary policy as unsound and destructive. Spin it all you want, Tim Geithner, but the dollar is flopping and the hyperinflation storm is on the horizon. PS Pay your taxes Geithner !

The Pope Exonerates the Jews

This Pope has cleared all Jews of any blame whatsoever in the death of Jesus Christ. Past Popes and Catholic teachings say differently. But honestly, why is this news? This is a political statement, not a lesson in history. Look at the commentaries from all the Jewish groups in this article.

Will the Israelis give back the West Bank, East Jerusalem, the Golan Heights, or Shebaa Farms? Will they allow the people of Gaza to live a somewhat normal life? Will Israel ever abide by international law? I think these questions are more pressing, given that the year is 2011. We should not be so interested in what happened 2000 years ago!

A Barrel of Diesel for $30

Why isn't this article on the front page of every major newspaper in the US? A barrel contains 42 gallons for $30 amounts to 71 cents per gallon. Mass production will be a challenge to overcome, but this is real news. Of course, Texaco, Chevron, Shell, and stupid BP will fight hard to make sure technology like this does not gain any momentum commercially.

Israeli Murder Justified, Of Course

So it only took nine years for the Israelis to conclude that the murder of innocent civilians was legal. Anyone surprised? What I don't understand is why the Israelis go through the motions on these self-investigations. These investigations always conclude the same thing; the killing of non-Israelis is always justified using the tired rationale of pre-emptive self-defense or "fighting terror". Both arguments are standard Israeli propaganda. Israeli life is precious. Arab lives, Muslim lives, and Christian lives are not.

As Expected US Veto Scuttles UNSC

No surprise here. I love Susan Rice's explanation of the veto. Classic! A 30 pound red herring!

What, then, is the purpose of the UNSC if NOT to settle disputes according to international law????????????????

The UNSC Vote ; An Essay by MJ Rosenberg

Great analysis on the implications of today's vote at the UNSC. Will the US be exposed as a greater Israeli puppet than currently perceived, or will the US vote according to our STATED POLICY??????

I have a feeling I will not be surprised by the vote.

8 Years Later, A Confession

A few years back the NYT did a story of the > 900 falsehoods, falsifications, or exaggerations that Bush officials made in the lead-up to the Iraq invasion. This article is merely the cherry on top of that pack of lies.
Finally an admission that the stories were made-up!

How many people have died as a result of this grand deceit?
How many US soldiers paid the ultimate price?
How many innocent Iraqis?

UNSC Vote Tomorrow

Why does the Washington Post only get comments from these 2 congressional representatives, both of whom are Jewish, and create a perception that these 2 opinions represent the whole of Congress?

This is smoke and mirrors all the way. 45 times since the 70's the US has been the LONE veto at the UNSC in its obvious and transparent biased protection of Israel. Even when the resolution was straightforward. For example, in the 80's the US vetoed the UNSC resolution which "affirmed the inalienable human rights of the Palestinians people". How do they veto that one? Obviously, AIPAC pressured the US position enough to produce such a vote.

I do not expect anything different tomorrow.

And Hillary, piss off with your smarmy doublespeak.

Here Comes Another Lone US Veto at the UNSC

This will be just another very sad vote in the annals of the UNSC when the US vetoes and thus scuttles the vote on Friday. This situation needs to be addressed in reforming the UN. How can one nation upend the will of the rest of the world? It's not right. All these delegations spend time discussing it, forging alliances, consulting lawyers, etc etc etc and at the end of the day the US will not even read the entire resolution. This will be a default veto. Pathetic is what it is.

American Jew Denied Entry into Israel for ....

Where does one even begin commenting on this article. The reason given to Barbara Streisand's cousin for Israel's refusal of his aliya is that he had done Christian Missionary work. Therefore he cannot live in Israel !!!
How did Israel find this out? From his Facebook profile. So what does cousin Streisand do? He deletes his Facebook profile and creates a new one with an Israeli flag !!! But wait, there's even more moral irony from the Israelis in this piece. Lots of moral twists and turns in reading about Israeli policies.

How can Israel claim that its policies are NOT racist ???

But the Israelis surely don't mind Christian taxpayers in the USA giving $6 billion per annum to fund these racist policies while our country is crumbling and flat broke. They will take our money and scuttle our political system with their filthy lobby. What a good buddy we have in Israel.

A Tremendous Documentary

This documentary is superb! Simply superb because it condemns Zionists and their hateful ideology on a basis of its subscribers words. It is here, self-contained, and if you are patient enough to watch the entire thing, you will realize what the true agenda is. Shame on US congress people who vote the way of AIPAC and these settlers and their racist ideology.

But in the wake of Rand Paul's comments, legislators are coming out of the woodwork to support the Israelis in this video. And thus we are exposed as a nation. For until our people riot in the streets, as in Cairo, nothing will change.

2012 Republican Frontrunners !!

These guys clearly have a Presidential Run in 2012 in their crosshairs since they are flocking to Israel. Maybe we ought to amend the Constitution and have this officially be the first step to run for President of the US.

Ben-Eliezer On Egypt and the US

When you read a statement by an Israeli that is so strongly worded, it becomes a bit infuriating. Ben-Eliezer claims that the US is pushing the Middle East into a "catastrophe". It is interesting to note that Ben-Eliezer had nothing critical to say about the US when the US invaded Iraq on a pack of lies. What did this action do to the Middle East? He objected not when the US gave backing to murderous Israeli operations in Lebanon in 2006 and Gaza in 2008/2009. He did not mention once the protection the US offers Israel at the Security Council. He did not mention the material support the US gives Israel. He did not mention that all while this is going on that Israel continues to slap the US in the face on the "peace process". The US backed Israel with the Flotilla incident, the Goldstone Report, and where was this Israeli critic? Enjoying US protection, but he has the audacity to criticize the US about the situation in Egypt? Wow. Take, take, take is all the Israelis do from the US and what do we get in return? It is not enough that US support of Israel has cost the US heavily in regards to our image in the world. The Israelis have not honored the terms of the original Camp David Accords and the Egyptian people overwhelmingly support the Palestinian people. For decades the Egyptian regime followed US orders and ignored the will of its people. What happens eventually is people get fed up, like the Iranians with the Shah. Eventually the country becomes more radical as a result. If Ben-Eliezer or the Israelis in general do not like this transformation, then they should have pursued a more principled path for the last few decades. If the US is shifting it position, I believe we have earned the right to do so. You should have listened better Israel. Now you get what you deserve!!!

Rand Paul Stands Strong in His Position

I hope this man sticks to his position on this issue. He could be the one to start a domino effect while taking a lot of heat from the Lobby. Given his genes, I expect he will stay true to his position.

Rand Paul's Political Suicide

Most new senators usually tippy-toe into these types of treacherous waters, but Rand Paul just dove in head first! He is right since we are 1. broke and cannot afford it 2. tired of giving the Israelis money and they ignore US demands down the line all the while enjoying protection by the US in the UN Security Council 3. tired of having the tail wag the dog.

Ask Paul Findley or Pete McCloskey or Cynthia McKinney or Fritz Hollings or William Fulbright or Thomas Moran what happens politically when you take such a position!

We need more to say it and say it publicly and not back down when the AIPAC dogs come attacking. Enough is enough. Israel is very scared at the moment with what is happening in Egypt. They should really think long and hard about influencing our Congress through intimidation and fraudulent arguments. That worked before but I think a shift is occurring.

Proof of Israeli Intransigence

These leaked documents demonstrate what many people of conscience have known for a long time now; The Israelis do not want peace. Every time there has been a breakthrough or a threat that a deal could be made, the Israelis balk, a la Taba or the Arab League Proposals or Hamas's statement that it would recognize Israel. Israel wants it cake and eat it too, and of course their PR machine blames the Palestinians every step of the way.

The Zionists in Congress Have No Credibility

The argument made by Gillibrand et al that such a resolution at the UN would undermine peace talks is absurd. The Israelis continue to build illegally and embarrass the US since our policy has made it clear that settlement construction violates past Israeli deals and international law. The language of the resolution matches stated US demands and what this resolution does is expose the intransigence from the US ; the stall tactics are over and if the US vetoes this measure then the US needs to excuse itself from ALL future negotiations.

Stuxnet Worm Created by the US and Israel

This article illustrates yet again a double-standard in US foreign policy. If another state did this to the US it would be called cyber-terrorism. When the US, and Israel, does it the rationalization that the US is doing a good deed is used.

The Most Disgusting Video Ever?

To see these little children propagandized by their Israeli parents and teachers with such poison based on lies is truly disgusting. You wonder where the hate comes from that drives the Israeli policies of today. Clearly from the last generation or two of this continuous indoctrination. A child's mind is easy to corrupt and if this is a representative sampling of what actually goes on then it is not hard to comprehend Israeli attitudes.

Door Swings Both Ways

So when Israel was just criticized for demolishing a Palestinian hotel and commencing construction of new units in East Jerusalem for Jewish-only residents, its defense was that the hotel was bought with private funds and the development of the new units also paid for with private funds. Now a Palestinian man is trying to buy stake in a company to largely do the same thing, and what is the Israeli response? An act of treason? The door swings both ways racist Israelis!

Palestinian Shot Dead for Carrying a Water Bottle

Israel's Rules of Engagement? Shoot an unarmed Palestinian who just went through an Israeli checkpoint because he is carrying a water bottle. Why did they not just check out the bottle since he passed through a checkpoint? Add another dead Palestinian to the list of Israeli murders. How ironic this guy is going to work on a farm in the illegal settlements, land stolen by and occupied with Israelis.
